Distance Services Agreement and Pre-Contract Information (DRAFT)

This text contains the information given before buying a Guestkite subscription online and the terms of that purchase. You read and accept it before you pay. The full terms are in the Terms of Service; this text applies together with them.
1. Parties

Buyer: the person or company that opens the business account in the Guestkite panel and buys the subscription. The buyer's details (name, address, tax details, email) are in the panel and on the invoice.
2. The service
Guestkite is online software (SaaS) that lets businesses write with their guests and customers in many languages on Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and web chat, and manage requests, orders and bookings in one panel. What each plan includes and its monthly limits are shown on the site and in the panel.
3. Price and payment
- Prices are shown on the site and in the panel; VAT is not included and is shown on the invoice.
- The subscription is yearly and paid in advance, by card through the iyzico secure payment service or by bank transfer. Guestkite never sees or stores card details.
- Message fees for WhatsApp and other Meta products are not included; Meta charges them to the buyer's own Meta account.
- The invoice is issued electronically after payment and sent to the buyer's email.
4. Delivery
The service is delivered electronically; there is nothing physical to deliver. The subscription is active in the panel as soon as the payment is confirmed. A 14-day free trial is available before paying.
5. Term, renewal and cancellation
- The subscription runs for one year and renews for the same period unless cancelled. We notify you in the panel and by email at least 30 days before renewal.
- You can stop the renewal at any time and keep using the service until the end of the paid period (Terms of Service s.12).

6. Right of withdrawal
- Guestkite is a service for businesses. A buyer who buys it for trade or professional purposes is not a consumer under Turkish Law No. 6502, and the right of withdrawal does not apply.
- Where the buyer is a consumer: for services performed electronically and at once, the right of withdrawal cannot be used once performance has started with the buyer's consent (Distance Contracts Regulation, art. 15). The 14-day free trial lets you try the service before paying.
7. Complaints and disputes
Write to support@guestkite.com. The courts of Antalya have jurisdiction; buyers who are consumers may also apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the legal limits.
8. Acceptance
The buyer accepts that they read and approved this information electronically before completing the payment. The agreement and the information are kept in the buyer's panel and email at the moment of acceptance.
